Terms of Service
The rules of the game — what you can do with FunTicket, what we ask you not to do, and what we guarantee.
Last updated ·
1. What you’re agreeing to
By using the FunTicket app or the site funticket.musme.app you accept these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree: no worries, uninstall the app — no penalty.
The service is run by Toxicode, reachable at it.funticket@gmail.com.
2. What FunTicket is
FunTicket is an app to create, customise, and collect digital tickets for events (concerts, flights, cinema, opera, etc.). Core features:
- Create tickets from scratch or by importing photos/PDFs (on-device OCR)
- 9 structural templates + seasonal and partner presets
- Optional cloud sync (account required)
- Apple Wallet export
- Notifications and reminders
FunTicket is NOT a ticket-selling system and does not replace the official ticket issued by the event organiser. It’s an app to make your tickets look better and collect them.
3. Minimum age
You must be at least 13 years old to use FunTicket. If you’re under 16 (EU) or your country’s digital consent age, you need parental permission to register an account.
4. Account
- You can use the app in guest mode without an account (limit: 1 synced ticket).
- If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials safe.
- One account per person. No shared or automated accounts.
- You can delete your account anytime from Settings → Delete account, or by writing to us.
5. What you can do
- Create tickets for personal use, archival, friendly sharing.
- Import real tickets you legitimately own.
- Customise the look however you like.
- Share screenshots of your tickets on social media (at your discretion: mind the QR code).
6. What you cannot do
- Forge tickets to gain access to events: tickets generated by FunTicket are aesthetic representations, not valid access credentials. Using them to defraud an event organiser is illegal and outside our responsibility.
- Upload illegal, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit content or content that infringes others’ rights (trademarks, copyright, privacy).
- Reverse engineering, mass scraping, attacks on the backend, bypassing rate limits.
- Use the app to send spam or phishing to other users.
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent limits or sanctions.
7. Rights to the content you create
The tickets, photos, and customisations you enter stay yours. We claim no ownership of your data.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, free, revocable licence strictly to store, sync, and display your content on your device. No advertising use, no resale.
8. Rights to FunTicket templates and assets
- The 9 structural templates (Stub, Poster, Pass, Cinema, 4 Boarding variants) and the seasonal presets are our work, protected by copyright.
- You can freely use them inside the app for your tickets.
- You cannot extract them, redistribute them, or build competing apps on our assets.
- Partner logos (e.g. seasonal events) belong to their respective owners, used under licence.
9. Service availability
We do our best to keep the service up, but it’s provided “as is”:
- Downtime may occur for maintenance (usually announced in advance).
- Seasonal presets expire when their
starts_at/ends_atwindow ends. - We may modify or remove features in future versions.
Offline mode (local SQLite) lets you access your tickets even when the backend is down.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable if your real event ticket is invalid, lost, or you’re refused entry. FunTicket is an aesthetic showcase.
- We are not liable for data loss caused by faulty hardware, malware, or misuse of the app.
- Our maximum liability is capped at the amount you paid for the service (today: zero).
Consumer rights granted by Italian and EU law (Consumer Code, GDPR) remain unaffected.
11. Service termination
We can suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. We do so with notice and proportionality — no surprise penalties.
You can terminate your account anytime (see Privacy Policy §8).
12. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms when we change features or legal aspects. Substantial changes are communicated via email (if you have an account) and in-app banner, and become effective 30 days after notice.
13. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by Italian law. For consumer disputes, the consumer’s forum applies. Otherwise, the ordinary jurisdiction rules of the Italian Code of Civil Procedure apply.
